Diet: Monkeys, sloths, parrots, reptiles, peccaries, deer, capybaras, dosmetic chickens, lambs, pigs, goats
Appearance: Pale grey head, slate-colored feathers, white underbelly, yellow talons
Weight: 8.8-20 pounds
Length: 2 feet 10 inches-3 feet 6 inches
Habitat: Mexico (rarely), Central and South America
Enemies: Vampire bats, humans
Life Span: 25-35 years

Harpy eagles take a large role in Greek mythology. It is considered to match the appearance of Hades, the god of the underworld.
